We see interior design as a carefully managed evolution of practical, aesthetic and financial components which require an end-to-end service.
Below is an outline of how we work and each service stage we provide you with during your project.
( I )
INITIAL CONSULTATION
& PRELIMINARY BRIEF
We meet you on site, discuss the project in detail and then analyse feasibility based on budget, timeframe and the scope of works. We then issue a fee proposal and contract.
( II )
CONCEPT, DEVELOPED
& TECHNICAL DESIGN
Following approval of fees and contract, we take a full client brief and survey. Based on your desires and requirements we then develop designs from the conceptual (abstract) to the actual (sample boards, FF&E options and CAD drawings).
( III )
DESIGN CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION & INSTALLATION
Working closely with your contractor or builder we manage the approved design budget and timelines, supplier quality control, plus detailed schedules and specifications for them to follow.
( IV )
FURNITURE, FIXTURES
& ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
We help you source your furniture, fixtures and electrical (FF&E) requirements from a wide range of our trade and retail suppliers, flexible to your desired level of specification and tastes.
( FEES )
At the start of each project, based on a scope of works, our fees will be an estimate of the number of hours to deliver you our full set of design services. We provide detailed timesheets on a weekly basis during the length of the project.
